INTERCESSION
Eph 3:16-19
I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power
through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your
hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in
love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and
long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that
surpasses knowledge that you may be filled to the measure of all the
fullness of God.
2 Chron 7:14
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray
and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from
heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Rev 8:4-5
The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of the saints, went up
before God from the angel's hand.

And as he took the scroll, the twenty-four Elders fell down before the
Lamb, each with a harp and golden bowls filled with incense-the prayers of
God's people!

But you, dear friends, build yourselves up in your most holy faith and
pray in the Holy Spirit.

With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may count you
worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may fulfill every good

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what
we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans
that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the
mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in
accordance with God's will.

What is prayer?
For Christians, prayer is "Communion with God" talking with God,
listening to God and enjoying His presence.
Who can pray?
Everyone can pray! It is a heart to heart conversation with your
Heavenly Father.
Why pray?
Because we love God. Prayer is relationship with God. We are
dependent upon Him.

Isaiah
56:7 "Even them I will bring to My holy mountain and
make them joyful in my house of prayer. Their burnt
offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on My altar.
For My house shall be called "A HOUSE OF PRAYER FOR ALL
NATIONS." |

Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him
sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of
the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the
Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person
well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.
Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that
you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and
